Dr. Wratkowski, or “Dr. Paul”, as he is affectionately known, received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Des Moines University in June, 2011. He completed his Pediatric Residency at the University of Minnesota School of Medicine in June, 2014. During his residency at the U of M, he had his Continuity Clinic here at Mendakota Pediatrics for 3 years (July, 2011-June 2014). Dr. Paul divides his time working here at Mendakota Pediatrics with his work as a hospitalist at the University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital on the Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant unit. He will also be working at the University of Minnesota Children’s Hospital as a hospitalist on the Pediatric blood and marrow transplant unit.
Dr. Paul’s interests in Pediatrics include caring for children of all ages, but he has a special interest in Sports Medicine. His background in Osteopathy has specially prepared him to treat musculoskeletal injuries and disorders.
With his free time, Dr. Wratkowski enjoys the outdoors including backpacking, camping, and canoeing. Additionally, he loves cooking and listening to jazz.

Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine : 2011 Dr. Wratkowski graduated from Des Moines University in June, 2011 with his D.O. (equivalent to MD).
Dr. Wratkowski completed his Pediatric Residency at the University of Minnesota in June of 2014. While a resident he did his “continuity clinic” every Thursday here at Mendakota Pediatrics.
In his free time, Dr. Paul enjoys spending time with his family. His interests include backpacking, camping and listening to some cool jazz.
